Being a victim of Hepatitis C, I have learned that taking care of my own body is the utmost of importance.
After one learns of this serious illness or any other serious illness, they tend to be more aware of the
harmful effects of so many things we do to our own body. Living with a disease is such a burden to each
and everyone one of us, whether it be just ourselves or family and friends, it can take a toll on our well-being.
I cannot tell you how much having others support has meant to me and I hope I have offered that support in
return. The main purpose of this small catalog is to help others to help themselves whether it be through diet,
vitamins, herbs, or verbal support, that is what I am here for. I sincerely hope that anyone who needs any type
of support gets that support and I want each and everyone of you to know how much you mean to me and
